Created from scratch in the Alentejo landscape, you will find Herdade dos Grous. In Albernoa, 17 kilomertres from Beja, Herdade dos Grous brings together the production of wine, livestock, rural tourism and wine tourism.

Alentejo, Portugal's largest province, holds the traditional Portuguese charm and a Moorish heritage, which, can be seen in all it's architecture. Its continental climate with Mediterranean influences, offers ideal conditions for the production of fantastic wines and extremely high quality regional products.

At Herdade dos Grous, our mission is to produce great wines, which result from the most modern viticulture and oenology, thereby contributing to the remarkable wine heritage of Alentejo.

In all the areas in which we work, we seek to marry the most traditional methods with new technologies. Maintaining an ethical and transparent path based on good practices, and guided by the protection and preservation of nature. Sustainability and Nature are the foundations of this project in the middle of Southern Alentejo, in between the Sky and Earth, amongst tradition and the latest technology.
